Below are all the useful information regarding services to outpatients in both hospital facilities.

TREATMENT MODE

Services to outpatients can take place in two different ways:

• In a credited system with the National Health Service, for which the patient does not have to pay anything except for potential “ticket” expenses and hotel comfort if required. Please take note that the benefits are eligible for accreditation until the annual budget has been exhausted.
• Payments, which include patient acceptance of hospital rates or rates agreed upon through insurance conventions. Please note that for some outpatients’ outbreaks there are conventions with Primary Insurance Companies.

PAYMENT

Please take note that the regulations of the Nigrisoli and Villa Regina Accredited Private Hospitals and Villa Regina prevent any type of direct payment to medical professionals.

COLLECTION OF MEDICAL REPORTS

For the protection of privacy, the medical reports may only be withdrawn by the person concerned or by a delegated person on presentation of a valid document for recognition of both.

OUTPATIENTS’ CHECKUP

The two structures offer a personalized outpatients’ checkup service subject to charges. With the coordination of a nurse and the responsible physician, it is possible to book a package of benefits at the clinic that can be provided the same day.
